1. Bookings & Prices

Description:

Availability: Houseboat bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion. Pricing: Prices are in [currency] including taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may fluctuate due to seasonal changes, promotions, or operational factors. Children's Rates: Discounts for children under [5 yrs] may apply, subject to booking specifics.

2. Payments, Refunds & Credits

Description:

Payment: A deposit or full payment is required at booking. Remaining balance due should pay at the time of check-in Refunds: Refunds follow our cancellation policy; no refunds for no-shows or unused services. Credits: We may offer booking credits if we cancel or change your booking under certain conditions.

3. Changes

Description:

By You: Booking changes require written notice and may incur fees, subject to availability. By Us: We may alter bookings for operational, safety, or other reasons with timely notification to you.

4. Cancellations

Description:

By You: Written cancellation requests are needed. Refunds depend on timing: Over 10 days before departure: Full refund minus fees. Between 10 - 3 day before departure: 70% refund. Less than 30:00 hours before departure: No refund. By Us: If we cancel, we'll provide a full refund or an alternative.

5. Included Services

Description:

Deluxe Houseboats:
Check-In/Check-Out: 12 Noon for check-in, 9 AM for check-out.
A/C: Operates from 9 PM to 7 AM. Non-A/C rates apply if A/C fails.
Meals: All-inclusive (APAI) with lunch, dinner, and breakfast.
Premium Houseboats:
Check-In/Check-Out: Same as Deluxe.
A/C: 24/7 on demand.
Welcome Drink: One beer per person on arrival.
Boat Ride: Complimentary one-hour country boat ride in the evening.
Quality: More spacious, higher quality amenities, and skilled staff.
General: Both houseboat types:
Cruising: Anchored by 17:30 hrs; no cruising until 07:00 hrs due to government regulations.

6. Trip Operation

Description:

Safety: Safety briefings are mandatory upon boarding. Weather: We may adjust trips for safety due to adverse weather conditions.

7. Participation

Description:

Behavior: Must adhere to operator's rules; non-compliance may lead to removal without refund. Health & Fitness: Some fitness level might be necessary; inform us of any medical conditions.

8. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Description:

Documentation: Your responsibility to have valid travel documents; we're not liable for issues due to documentation.

9. Your Information & Privacy

Description:

Data: Booking implies consent for data use for booking, communication, and compliance purposes. Privacy: Details in our Privacy Policy.

10. Miscellanea

Description:

Liability: Not liable for personal injury/damage unless due to our negligence. Force Majeure: Not responsible for uncontrollable events affecting bookings.
